A corner of paradise for a great vacation. This is Villa Marta, a charming country house located in one of the most beautiful places of Tuscany. Immersed in the peaceful landscape of a natural park, it offers an amazing picturesque breathtaking view which also include the famous "balze of Volterra".

This property is strategically positioned, less than a 10 minute drive from the historical-medieval town of Volterra. Located in the centre of Tuscany, between art and history, its strategic position is perfect for visit many art city and the sea it's only 35 minutes drive.

Newly built and tastefully furnished to a high standard according to the Tuscan country style. Equipped with all the comforts of modern living with a classical mix of traditional rustic and contemporary furnishings. Open plan living/dining area with large arched french doors leading onto the private garden equipped for alfresco dining, perfect to enjoy the peaceful landscape. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. Table and chairs to seat 6.  Two good sized double bedrooms with king size beds. There are 2 family bathrooms with shower plus a guest bathroom in the leaving room.
The accommodation comes equipped with Wi-Fi, Ipod player, satellite TV, BBQ, table and chairs for outside dining, sunbeds.
The near Volterra has everything you could wish for, fine restaurants, bar, shops and supermarkets. Within easy striking distance of the art cities of Siena, Lucca, Florence and Pisa. Nearest golf course 25 minutes drive.
Perfect for a family, couples or group of friends.
The accommodation is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
There is a large size pool 52 x 26 feet, shared by the residents of the small complex. Open from June to September and longer if the weather is favorable.
Towels and linen are included. Guests will need to provide their own pool towels. Room fans provided for the hot summer nights. Travel coat and highchair available on request.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Fulvio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
