At short distance from the medieval town of Lucca, Casa del Fattore is an elegant farmhouse in the tranquil Tuscan countryside surrounded by splendid olive groves and orchards. The house was part of the Controni family estate, a powerful family of Lucca; it was originally built as a farmhouse for the workers of the estate and comprehended stables, a grain warehouse and bread oven. Thanks to a high quality renovation, the house is now a heaven for countryside and wellness lovers. You reservation includes a presonal chef and maid service .
In front of the house there is a spacious private garden and a lovely dining area (max 22 people) with BBQ shaded by beautiful trellis covered by roses, which lead to the marvelous private swimming pool, reflecting the surrounding olive groves. An amazing panorama, a unique haven of peace!
Indoors the farmhouse has kept the typical Tuscan flair: wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and a traditional fully equipped Tuscan kitchen. At the same time the Villa offers all top quality modern comforts: sat.TV, wifi, air conditioning and a centralized music system.
Every detail has been carefully arranged to make your stay truly unique!
The three floors farmhouse features on the ground floor: a beautiful dining room for maximum 22 people; a lovely lounge room with windows overlooking the winter garden conservatory; a wonderful living room with TV, dvd player and pay TV; a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, two rest rooms are located at the ground floor as well as a leisure room with various board games. Enjoy the Fitness room.
On the first and second floors there are 8 splendid bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a safe and air conditioning. Six bedrooms have king size beds, one has a french bed and one two twin size beds, (can be united into one double). All bathrooms have a shower. Some bedrooms can accomodate an extra bed and thanks to the extra bed the villa can accomodate up to 19 people. Baby cot available at extra charge of 122 euro per week.
Every bedroom has a magnificent view over the surrounding area, orchards, olive groves and the pool; three bedrooms offer a unique view on three sides of the property, dominating the landscape.

Customers will be charged 12 euro per breakfast per person and 40 euro per meat meal or 45 euro per fish meal per person to cover the cost of food and beverages.
