Guest House Livas is located in the countryside of Santorini, in a tranquil area, surrounded by vineyards and farms, only 400 meters away from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, where there is a small fishermen port and a beachside tavern, where guests can taste fresh fish and local dishes.
The Guest House is part of a new, beautiful private tourist complex that stretches over 6000 square meters. This private complex is composed by 7 villas in total (in addition to the owners' residence).
The villas can be rented all together, in case of special events, weddings, family reunions, big groups of friends, or separately, in fact each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except one), large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities and parking space.
The location is quite out of hand (Fira town, with its nightlife, shops and entertainments is about 3 km far), that's why a car is recommended, since there are not many connections by public transportation (2 buses a day) and it's not easy to get a taxi (in particular during the peak of the season).
Anyway, it is useful to know that included in the rental price of the villas, there is also a car that guests will have at their disposal during the entire stay.
Guest House Livas is situated directly in front of the main residence occupied by the owners, with view of the sea, the surrounding vineyards and farms; it has a separate entrance and parking.
The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests (two can sleep in sofa beds), entering the house from the patio, through double doors, you will reach the open plan living area and kitchen, finding yourselves in the middle of a colored and bright ambience.
The bathroom with shower is adjacent to the kitchen.
From the kitchen you reach the master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, air conditioning and heating.
Walking down the wide, internal steps from the bedroom towards the glass doors leading out to the poolside patio, you will be struck by the unique feature of this property!
Since here you will find the perfect, all-purpose seating area, which can be used with doors open or shut, dependent upon the weather.
Here you can relax on sumptuous loungers, reading a book or simply admiring the views around you, or use it to sit and dry off between dips in the pool!
Rental rules
The prices shown are for 2 people, there is a daily supplement of € 30 for each extra person.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: 14:00 Checkout: 10:00
A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.

Arrival and departure transfer from/to the airport or port
One manual car for the duration of the stay (Nissan Micra or similar, including unlimited kilometers and 3rd party insurance)
Daily buffet breakfast in the restaurant of the residence
