The apartment is consisted of a bedroom and a living room - kitchen.

It can fit 4 guests as there is a double bed and two more beds in the living room / kitchen.

In case you are more people, we can add a fold out bed with an extra charge.

It has a bathroom and a small kitchenette which is equipped with a stove, wash basin, water kettle, American coffee machine and a fridge.

There is an outside area with a view.

The apartment is located on the down floor of the building behind the garage.

The apartment is located on a quiet area. Mainly for transport will be better rental of a car or a scooter. It is located on ground floor of the building behind a parking area.

Our Parents Petti and Elias will be available in a house located opposite your apartment in order to help you with any requirements you need during your stay.

Great place to host couples, friends and families.

It is located in Vourvoulos village.

It is 5 to 7 minutes drive from Fira.

The beauty of the place is that it is in a quite location outside the busy and noisy centre.

We do recommend car hire or motorbike as the island is quite big and the car or the motorbike gives you great flexibility to explore the beautiful island and visit all the beaches.

Alexandros and Lena’s appartement is ideally located in Vourvoulos. They are great hosts, very careful and available for anything we needed. The parking and the terrasse were very appreciate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexandros and Lena (the owner) a message.

If Alexandros and Lena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
