A villa that feels like home the moment you step in, Spring makes for a comfortable getaway spot. Its interiors are tidy, and outdoors, greenery abounds. There's a pool for you to enjoy a splash in, thus setting the vacation mood just right!

The Space

Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms: (1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor)

- All bedrooms have air-conditioner

- Both the bedrooms on first floor have balconies

- Two bedrooms have double beds whereas one bedroom has 2 single beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request

- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:

- The living room has seating arrangements for 8-10 people

- The living room has a flat screen TV and WiFi

 

Bathrooms:

- There are 3 bathrooms - One on the ground floor, one the first floor and another one by the poolside.

- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply

- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

 

KITCHEN

- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking.

- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD

- All vegetarian meals can be provided in house at an additional cost of Rs. 1400 per person, per day.

- All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in house at an additional cost of Rs. 1550 per person, per day.

- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa.

- The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day).

- Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.

- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant.

- Barbecue meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.500 per person per meal, for veg meals and non-veg at Rs.600 per person, per meal. Barbeque will be served only in the evenings. 

- Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

Pool and Lawn:

- The villa has a private pool and a lawn

- The pool is 17.6 x 7 in size is 3.3ft and 10 inches deep.

- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice

Additional Amenities:

- A torch, hair dryer is available.

- Guests may use the wardrobes.

- A medical kit is available at the villa.

- Mosquito repellent can be provided.

- Indoor and outdoor games are available.

- Secured parking space for 3 cars is available, along with an additional parking spot on the street.

- This is a wheelchair friendly property.

- Barbecue can be arranged at an additional cost.

- A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1.5 hours can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails.

Other things to note:

- Guests can choose to pay for the food via Google Pay or Paytm. Cash transactions are generally not encouraged.

- The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 30 minutes so as to be used throughout the day.

- There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the Genset is turned off.

- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation

There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
