This one of a kind luxury style villa in Sri Lanka has a total of eight big bedrooms and all of them with it´s own luxury bathroom. All eight rooms have an amazing beach and ocean view from the balcony or veranda depending on which floor the room is located for you to sit down, relax and really enjoy your vacation.

The standard price is for 8 guests and for each additional guest you pay according to our policy. Ingels Beach Villa can sleep 16 guests without extra beds but if required four extra beds can be provided for a total of 20 guests.

This villa is brand new (2017) and built and equipped with high quality materials with modern architecture and smart designs. Our back side of the villa are like a green paradise of it´s own with grass, flowers, different herbs and fruits which also are used by the chef and served to the guests in the restaurant.

 

We believe that many guests like our selves want the privacy you get from renting a villa instead of a big hotel with a lot of people. Here at our villa you have like your own private hotel for your friends and family.

 

When it is time for breakfast, lunch or dinner our big and most welcoming restuarant on the ground floor is the Place for you. Our chef and other staff together with our local manager will make sure that you will have a wonderful time and the best possible service. All our staff are trained for and have been working in many high class hotels in Sri Lanka.

We also do BBQ evenings on the beach that we promise will give you a memory for life. If you would like we can also do special events like birthday celebrations with fireworks, live music etc. Our local manager will help you plan and arrange all this at your arrival!

From the living area on the first floor you can sit down in our cozy sofas and watch TV, play some cards or have a drink at the same time you listen to the ocean and feel the breeze. From the restaurant on the ground floor you will see the unique architecture and view of a modern and stylish villa. Everything come together, the infinity pool, the beach and the ocean are all in the same level for the eye to catch. The villa is also equipped with a baby pool to play in (50 cm deep) to suite the whole family.

The pool is amazing and very big, have a modern design with mosaic tiles, lights in different colors that comes together beautifully with the lights lighting up the palm trees for an amazing feeling in the evening. The pool also have different depths for everybody to play and enjoy a good and relaxing swim.

 

At the beach you can have an refreshing swim in the ocean (season dependent), enjoy our high quality sunbeds, umbrellas or have a game of beach volley ball. You will also be able to borrow the body surf boards to really have fun in the waves.

As you explain the villa is new and this problem with one of the room leaking from the roof during heavy rain have somehow slipped through our quality control.     Why can't I call Per (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Per (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
