WELCOME to the Makaha Beach Cabanas located on the northwest shores of Oahu! Our condo is on the Main Floor. No need to even use an elevator - step off our Lanai directly on the Beach! It really doesn't get better than this!

Far from the hustle and bustle, we're in the countryside where you can still experience Hawaii the way it should be--unspoiled and uncrowded.

But close enough to indulge your tastes in Chinatown, surf on the North Shore or swing in Waikiki when the desire strikes!

Watch spectacular sunsets, see the dolphins, sea turtles and even whales during the annual migration--all from the comfort of your OCEANFRONT & MAIN FLOOR CONDO.

We have an AWESOME beach, the best on Oahu--swim, snorkel, boogie board, surf, golf nearby at two top-quality courses & BBQ facilities on site.

Local eateries are close by & upscale shopping/dining is about 20 minutes away.

Who can resist the sound of the surf lulling you to sleep? Our beach is rated one of the Best in Oahu!

Our condo, like most homes in Hawaii, does not have traditional AC - instead we have the TRADEWINDS! The condo is setup to take full advantage of cross ventilation w/the Tradewinds & Ceiling Fans making for cool breezes 24/7!

This amazing first floor condo is literally on the virtually private Beach w/a Comfy Queen Bed in the master, Full Size Sofabed in the Living Room & Fully Equipped Kitchen. Plus, there are new communal laundry facilities as well as a BBQ area with Gas Grills and picnic tables. Of course, the BBQ area has an Ocean View!

IMPORTANT INFO: Due to the Condo Association's new rules, we are only able to book ONE TIME per/calendar month, for a minimum of 10 nights. If there is an overlap from a previous month's reservation, that is counted as the booking for the month it began.

Why can't I call Janis (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janis (the owner) a message.

If Janis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
