A Note from the Owner: Of all the units in Makena Surf, the original developer of the resort kept this one for himself! This rare corner unit provides panoramic ocean and beach views and overlooks the historic landmark Heiau garden. The one of a kind location and large side windows combine amazing light with privacy and closest access to the main beach. Completely renovated with beautiful stone and wood surfaces, contemporary but comfortable decor, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, high end appliances and state of the art electronics. Master and guest bedrooms have California King beds and spa-like, en suite bathrooms. Guest bedroom includes a loft custom-built to hold two extra-long twin beds. Large lanai is complete with Brown and Jordan furniture and barbecue for spectacular sunset views and dining. Living room entertainment center has a Smart TV and sound system, complimentary HD channels and high speed WIFI.

Makena Surf Resort is a luxurious secluded beachfront condominium located in exclusive Makena. This gated community was developed with six 2 & 3 story buildings each offering sweeping views of the Pacific. The pristine and picturesque beach and rocky shoreline fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, sunning and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Makena Surf Resort offers central air conditioning, two large pool areas with Jacuzzi, private gas barbecue areas, four tennis courts and free on site parking. The interiors include large fully equipped kitchens, wet bar, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, complimentary high-speed internet, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Alii Resorts. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm.
