This is a spacious cottage plus studio room for extra guests and teenagers. The owner is not onsite however the house is serviced after every guest. Guests are requested to leave the house clean and tidy as they found it. The small cleaning fee also covers quality linen hire, sheets & towels, linen cleaning, rubbish removal and a full house clean. Firewood is included also. Guests have full access to the house and its amenities. We supply the basics ie. tea, coffee & sugar. Linen, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products for guests to use. Linen supplied: Quality bed linen (sheets, duvets & pillows), bathtowels, bathmats, tea towels & handtowels. Guests will be emailed the arrival instructions prior to arrival date.

    How do damage deposits work?
