This charming cottage, which sleeps two and is perfect for couples, and is very convenient for walking into Warkworth village.

Everything is well furnished and decorated. A bottle of chilled wine will welcome you to The Cottage.

The cottage is all on one level, with one double bedroom with king side bed, living area and small kitchen, and bathroom. The living area is open plan with one separate bedroom. Please bring your own towels as these are not provided. The bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower enclosure.

The gas central heating the cottage is warm and cosy in cold weather.

There is a Smart television with Freeview and Netflix and DVD player. A mini-HiFi system is also supplied for CDs and radio.

Secure parking is directly beside the cottage with a designated parking area.

Short Breaks Friday and Monday. One Well behaved dog welcome, £25 per stay, by prior arrangement only.

We live across from the cottage at Coquet Meadows and are on hand should you have any problems during your stay. Washing machine is available (not enough room to locate in the cottage itself) in utility room opposite the cottage. Te cat to arrange access.

One dog is welcome but please let us know prior to your stay, don't leave your dog in the cottage alone or allowed your dog to jump on any of the furniture, please clean up any mess outside in the garden and keep your dog on the lead. Pet fee is payable £25 per week and £15 per short break. Access to the cottage may be required during your stay and we reserve the right to undertake any duties that may be required.

Peaceful, cosy cottage

Very comfortable cottage, really peaceful setting and only few minutes walk from village centre. We love Warkworth and have visited several times and so far this is our favourite place to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
