From the owner

The stylish, pension Reglówka is situated on a 3-hectare plot, well-taken care of and surrounded by greenery in the village of Wola Krakowiańska. The interior of the house is decorated and furnished with the items from the private antique collection of the house owner. You will find here hand-made Caucasian tapestries and carpets from the Middle East, old furniture and mortars, French jacquards and Art Nouveau curtains. Our guests can use free Internet.

This house decorated in a classical style is provided with a TV set, Wi-Fi and terrace with a leisure corner provided with a fire place. The facility also features a fully furnished kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and cooker. For guests' disposal is also a bathroom with a shower, disposable toiletries, hair dryer and washing machine.

All the rooms overlook the garden. The facility is also provided with a roofed over terrace with barbecue corner and an arbor overlooking the forest and meadow with garden furniture, coal and barbecue equipment. Guests with pets are welcome. The playground for children is in the backyard safely fenced. In the orchard, among apple and plum trees, upon guests; request we can hold an event by the fire. In the same place, we can sunbathe in the summer and we can cool our children down in the Utrata spring water during the summer heat.

The house consists of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and a living room), kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The bedrooms are located, along with a bathroom on the floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, TV, internet Wi-Fi, kitchen with dining area and an additional toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other, twin beds. There is possibility to add two extra beds. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee machine,washing machine and a set of kitchen utensils and tableware.

There are two large terraces with a brick barbecue and roof canvas, surrounded by well-kept garden.

Property is located on the river Utrata, near the source of the river. In close neighborhoods there is a forest and renovated park with three ponds, and a palace. Transfer from the airport or the train to a place of accommodation is possible, as well as daily shuttle service to Warsaw by car or to a local train station.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kateryna (the owner) a message.

If Kateryna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
