Welcome to Viva Casita near St. George, Utah! Enjoy Four Master Suites, Four Bedrooms, two living rooms and 4 full Bathrooms. All bedrooms are suites.

1 King, 3 queen and 2 sets of bunks twin over full. One of the bunks has a pull out twin trundle. Queen size sofa sleeper. **ASK ABOUT OUR SIDE BY SIDE HOMES FOR LARGER GROUPS DISCOUNTS!

There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance from the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Viva Casita is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

This property has been professionally decorated and is fully stocked with the comforts of home and more!

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, crock pot, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, toaster, spices and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. Kitchen area will sit 10 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king size bed. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks, and walk in shower. Also features a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer.

The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features 2 queen size beds. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The fourth master bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin pull out trundle. The fourth master bath features a tub

shower combo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
