This ground floor cottage in the grounds of the owner's B&B in Winkhill near Waterhouses can sleep two people in one double bedroom.Swallow Cottage is a ground floor cottage in the grounds of the owner's B&B in Winkhill near Waterhouses and can sleep two people in one double bedroom. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout and includes a corner-shower room with WC, basin and electric towel rail. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned area with courtyard and seating. Swallow Cottage is ideal for a romantic break in a lovely countryside setting at any time of the year.

Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Town: Winkhill is a tiny hamlet close to the Peak District National Park, two miles from the village of Waterhouses. Waterhouses has shops, pubs and eateries, and also offers access to the Manifold Trail, a long, flat track along the former railway line, much used by walkers, cyclists and horse riders. The Alton Towers Theme Park is a short drive away, and the rest of the Peak District National Park is on the doorstep.
