Unusual, Individual and Quaint 4 Berth Holiday Let, with balcony overlooking a 2.5 acre Meadow, own garden and play area.

All next to the Grand Union Canal .

Secure Parking for 2 Vehicles.

Meadow View is situated on our friendly working Small Holding with livestock, all you need for a relaxing break - experience something different your only neighbours are the wildlife, animals and passing boats. Places close to Meadow View:-

Towcester (old market town and racecourse)

Silverstone Race Track

Rugby (old market town and known for being the home of Rugby Football)

Northampton

Surrounded by quaint shopping villages, picturesque walks - abundance of wildlife showing nature at its best.

i do not charge a breakage/damage bond - but if you do break anything

We also provide outdoor cushions for furniture - please treat them as if they were your own, and put them away if it rains or at night.

“Thoroughly enjoyable stay!”

I absolutely loved my stay at Meadow View. The accomodation is clean and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. The setting is gorgeous! I loved watching the animals and birds in the meadow. Walking the towpath along the canal to the village was fantastic. Lots of waterfowl and fabulous scenery. The pigs and dogs loved attention and petting them was a highlight for me. Very friendly host! If opportunity affords, I would definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean and Craig was very friendly and helpful he even sorted out a freezer for us to keep our fishing bait in. Will definitely be going back

We spent a lovely two nights at Meadow view. It was warm, clean and welcoming. Angie and Craig were very hospitable and the free roaming pigs were very entertaining. The play frame was a bonus and our daughter could explore and play in a safe secure environment.

I have stayed in loads of hotels, bnbs and self catering places and this is really one of the best. It's located on a small holding with free roaming animals, there is a lovely big field next to property that was full of wildlife, along with the resident pigs. The property itself is essentially a caravan but it doesn't seem like that at all, it's surrounded by decking with table and chairs outside that are ideal for dining outside. It's spacious and well decorated and very comfortable. Angie and Craig, the owners are friendly and welcoming. The grand union canal is accessed by a gate from the property and is a lovely walk. Wedding village is also good with shops and places to eat. Well worth a visit. I will be rebooking very soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angie (the owner) a message.

If Angie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
