A sensational direct view of Manhattan across the Hudson River. My cool, two bed apartment is minutes away from the city. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped this is a unique and economical alternative to expensive Manhattan accommodation. Enjoy!

THE SPACE:

Only an 8 /10 minute ride to Time Square Manhattan or a five minute ferry trip across the Hudson - it's actually easier than staying in many districts of Manhattan. Experience the spectacular NYC Skyline from your window (perfect for the 4th of July Fire Works)

Super comfortable apartment / rooms that are well equipped with new appliances and lavish furnishings.

Minutes from Midtown, Manhattan, Times Square, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central, Port Authority, Central Park, Empire State Building, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, and Rockefeller Center - closer than staying in other parts of Manhattan (Wall St., Upper East or West Side, UES, UWS, Midtown). Closer than any other NYC boroughs. Easy access to the Woodbury Commons Outlet, Jersey Garden Outlet and many other cool party spots.

The parking is a street parking and the pool are not in the building they are community shared pool.

Large first bedroom sleeps 2 but with the Airbed it can sleep up to 4.

Large second bedroom sleeps 2 and with Airbed, can sleep one more.

The spacious living area sits eight and sleeps 2 on a futon . With the Airbed it will sleep up to 4 or more (The entire apartment can sleep 10 guests - perfect for group travel - a large $ saving)

There are three air beds in total.

The apartment has everything required for a perfect NY stay and includes all bedding, linens, pillows, comforters, blankets and towels.

The kitchen is not a traditional kitchen but it is well equiped so you can prepare your meals with the electric cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee maker.

There is an Iron /Iron board and a laundry in the building.

You are ONLY, booking the lower level of a two level apartment. The apartment is the lower ground floor of a duplex.

GUEST ACCESS:

The bright, luxury apartment is spacious and features two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an oversize lounge area.

Each bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable Tempurpedic mattress and can accommodate an airbed that could easily sleep a further two people. Each bedroom has full package cable and a 42 inch plasma tv.

The bathroom has a large bath and a shower.

The lounge area has seating for eight and could sleep four. The area features modern art, cable TV and a 42" plasma. There are also basic cooking facilities coupled with a bijou breakfast style eating area. The meal preparation area is suitable to prepare your light meals equipped with pots, cutlery, cups, plates, a Microwave, a small fridge, toaster, coffee maker and a small electric cooker.

This is NOT a full kitchen

The entire apartment is serviced by free WiFi

The apartment is on a ground floor of a duplex.

OVERVIEW:

The super easy access to everywhere and the no expense spared luxury is key to the charm of my apartment. I am right on Boulevard East so the transport links and views are unrivaled. There are multiple cafes, shops, parks and attractions close to hand. If you prefer life indoors then the full package cable and free WiFi should keep you entertained .

The bus stops right outside my door and costs only $3 to midtown manhattan. The ferry is a short walk and is only $8. Uber and cabs are also available.

RULES:

* Smoke-free apartment. However, you can enjoy it outside of the building.

* No loud party allowed. Sorry!

* No random additional guests who are not included in the reservation without prior notice and approval from me. (Sorry for repeating this and for being ash but this is due to circumstances from previous guest in the past.)

How do damage deposits work?
