Lovely private Apt closer to Manhattan than most areas of the NYC! Great part of town to enjoy the spectacular FireWorks and the NYC Skyline can be viewed from the area. 8 minute bus /5 minute ferry ride to Times Sq. An amazing neighborhood :)

THE APARTMENT:

Very private, secure and super comfortable apartment. Equipped with everything to make it feel like home. A short, cheap and beautiful commute to the heart of Manhattan. A perfect location to explore all of NYC.

Moments to Midtown Manhattan, Times Square, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central, Empire State Building, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Hoboken, Giants Stadium and many more. This apartment is closer to most city landmarks than say Wall St., Upper East or West Side, UES, UWS, and Closer than any NYC boroughs.

The Most spectacular view of the SkyLine both day and night

-Skyline can be viewed from the roof top(if the rooftop door isn't locked) of the building and from a short block away.

-Only short walk to the Water-front with breath-taking views of ALL NYC/Manhattan.

-The bedroom sleeps 3 to 4 people and the living area sleeps 2. The apartment can nicely sleep 5. A perfect place for those who travel in groups to save $$.

Apartment has a full kitchen to prepare all your meals, there are pots, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, a gas stove and a large fridge. Coffee maker, toaster and everything else a hungry traveller needs...

The apartment has a full bathroom with shower.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

This is a very prosperous, quiet and safe residential area. Located in Weehawken, NJ which is the closest town to NYC with a most spectacular full view of the SkyLine

-Skyline can be view from the Roof Top of building and a Block away.

-Walk to the Water-front with breath-taking views of NYC.

-There is a Supermarket (open 24 hrs) PartMark, Shop Rite.

-Great grocery and wine/liquor stores

-Laundry, Dry Cleaning / Alterations

-Amazing Restaurants (Steak House, Chinese, Cuban, indian, Thai, Peruvian, Mexican restaurants and lounges in the neighborhood). Dunkin donuts/ 24hr, Pizzerias,

-Pharmacy, Banks, Post Office are all located in the area.

-Walmart, Jersey Garden Mall, Newport Center Mall, Woodbury Commons Outlet & Paramus Park Mall are all accessible by NJ Transit Buses from here. Our City Taxes are only 3.5% (just a 1/3rd of NYC sales tax) And By the way, if you do a big shopping spree in NYC, say you are from NJ, have it ship to NJ in a day or two and get TAX FREE! only on clothing's shoes, electronic- Apple stores reduce tax for NJ shoppers)

Easy access :- 24 hr Buses to NYC, Hoboken, Newport & Jersey city right across the street. 24 hours SPA (YES, you can take a bus to the 3 stories 24 hours spa facilities - KindSpa)

GETTING ROUND:

Its about 5 minutes walk to the ferry or take the free ferry shuttle bus which will get you to the river in a minutes

You MUST take the ferry at least one night - you will feel like you are in a movie. Sit on the top to take in the best scenery ever:)

This is a fantastic area and apartment and a great alternative to the expense of central manhattan. Its just as close and a fraction of the price !
