Accessed via a wrought iron gate into the south facing front garden with wonderful cathedral views. A backdoor from the kitchen leads into a small courtyard and rear entrance, leading to the parking space at the rear.

The famous West Front of the Cathedral provides a backdrop to this two storey terraced property, from where everything the city has to offer is within easy walking distance. Wells lies on the southern tip of a triangle with Bath and Bristol to the north. The 13th Century Cathedral, with 300 statues on the spectacular West Front, is the jewel of the city but there are many other visitor attractions including the nearby 14th Century moated Bishop's Palace and the Vicars Close – said to be the oldest continually inhabited street in Europe. However, the modern world is here too, including a bustling twice weekly farmers' market selling a wide variety of local produce. If you don't want to cook, there are also plenty of cafes and restaurants in the town's pretty streets.

Additional Information:

Fabulous location, central to all Wells has to offer.

Sorry, no pets.

Small baby in own moses basket welcome. Children over 11 years are welcome.

Whilst the medium car sized parking space is adjoining the property, please be aware, it is approached from the rear. Your arrival guide will give full instructions.

Dating from the 15th Century, this Grade II listed house lies within the Liberty of the Cathedral which it overlooks and has recently been refurbished by designer Susie Stocks to create a modern and very comfortable holiday home.
