Hello Im keith mayer and born in Cheshire lived there for 12 years farming family of 7 then moved to Shropshire in 1974 to a farm and since leaving school we farmed and went into contacting farming and construction and been doing that till 5 years ago when we me and my wife decided convert the farm building into holiday lets we have 4 property's which we converted to great standard and 2 years ago my wife Wendy now runs the barns on a day to day and still finds time to do few days work away between the two of us we love meeting new and old friend who have stayed here it's great to meet new guests and couples family's we live close to so we are hands on if needed or we just hand you the keys and we are happy to leave you to enjoy

Why can't I call Keith (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith (the owner) a message.

If Keith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
