Craven House is maintained to a 4 star standard with furnishings to match and dates back to 1926 offering quality holiday accommodation at an affordable price being available for weekly or short breaks throughout the year

Accommodation: Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms

Ground Floor: Front entrance directly into the lounge with solid fuel stove (fuel starter pack provided), colour TV with Sky Entertainment package & complimentary Wi Fi - Access to fully equipped kitchen (with views down the village green) with fridge, dishwasher, slow cooker and electric oven & hob - Adjacent utility room with washer and freezer

Lounge (with views down the village green) through to 'Snug' and Conservatory for adults or children to 'chill', colour TV with Sky Entertainment package (note: the TV is an alternative SKY viewing platform NOT and independent viewing facility) - Access to rear shared lawned area via back door (note: the lawned area is small in size and shared with 3 other properties and the use of the Village Green facilities proves to be a better option for Family recreation) - Lounge to stairway to first floor accommodation

First Floor: Single Bedroom off Stairway - Upper Landing : King Size Bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC - Twin Bedroom - House Bathroom with Bath, Shower & WC

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
