Delightfully, bright and cheerful home with a 12’x15’ three season tiled porch. Central air has been added to provide ultimate climate control. First floor laundry is conveniently located in the breezeway between the kitchen and sun room. Separate dining area with picture window. Other amenities include internet, TV, cable, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, lawn furniture, and a picnic table. Large back yard with park bench.
