With stunning ocean and river views, this light and bright beach home offers an upper level master suite, a private deck perfect for breathtaking sunsets and a private bath complete with a steam shower. The large main deck stretches across the living room and dining room and offers great opportunities for family gatherings against a backdrop of ever-changing water views. Home also includes surround sound in the living room, new wood floors in kitchen, dining area and living room, mini split a/c's in living areas and each bedroom, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, trash compacter and a jacuzzi tub in the lower level bathroom. A family room offers surround sound as well as additional space for games. Convenient to wide-ranging recreation, shopping and vacation activities, this is a truly special home that you won't want to miss!

Excellent property, beautifully maintained. The property is very close to a nice beach, a small river, and a salt marsh. Large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room, outdoor shower, GREAT location !!

As advertised. Very nice, convenient, and a great value. Well equipped kitchen. The second living room downstairs was valuable, and the views upstairs were superb in every direction.

Bob and Donna, Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you came back for a second year, and we hope that you will come back for a third. Ants have been a major issue on the Cape this year, and even the cleanest home may have visitors at times-mostly dependent on the weather and rain. We had not had any other complaints of ants at this property, and it may have just been an "off" week. If you come again next year, please let us know if you have any issues.
