Villa del Playa is a high-end condo complex located between West End and West Bay Beach. Villa del Playa #1 is a ground floor unit with the shared pool at your doorstep and the Caribbean Sea just steps away.

 

Waking up in Villa del Playa #1 feels like a dream. The master suite opens up to the private patio and shared pool deck, all overlooking the endless horizon. White powder sand and clear turquoise water is your front yard. It is magical!

 

The two ground floor units are the closest to the shared pool and the beach, making it incredibly easy to start your day with a refreshing swim or to head out on a kayak for a morning paddle.

 

You can choose to enjoy dining indoors or on the private patio, taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and unbeatable views.

 

If you'd prefer to eat out, a few local restaurants are just feet away on the beach, or walk 5-10 minutes into the heart of West End Village for a wide array of options. You'll also find bars, shops, and activity operators along this mile-long oceanfront street.

 

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Villa del Playa #1 offers the perfect amount of space for two couples or a single family to enjoy an island vacation together.

 

The unit is spacious and offers indoor entertainment in addition to the obvious outdoor options. Enjoy watching a movie together on the large SMART TV or catch the game back home while enjoying a fresh sea breeze and a cold local beer.  The entire Villas Del Playa complex has filtered and potable water throughout so you can vacation with the peace of mind that your water and ice is nice and clean.

 

Just in front of Villa del Playa is one of Roatan's most popular dive sites: Blue Channel. It's a fantastic spot for snorkeling – as is that entire stretch of reef just offshore from the beach at Villa del Playa. Head out in the on-site kayaks to explore even more.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
