This newly remodeled beachfront location ticks all the boxes. Ground level with large glass sliding doors opening onto your private patio, which leads to the shared pool overlooking the white sand beach. That's right, beachfront, poolside, with boundless views to the horizon.

 

Villa del Playa #2 is a dream come true.

 

Enjoy waking up in your master suite as the early morning sun glistens and dances along the Caribbean Sea just outside your room. Throw that balcony door open and breathe in the salty air. There's nothing between you and those gorgeous views.

 

This unit is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities you might want for a comfortable vacation. Villa del Playa is a boutique 6-unit condo complex ideally located just outside West End Village en route to West Bay Beach.

 

The benefits of a condo complex are not overlooked at Villa del Playa: on-site security, grounds maintenance, a community pool overlooking the sea, and parking space should you decide to rent a car. There are also kayaks for guests' use and a private dock to arrange your boat excursions.

 

The location of Villa del Playa is ideal for being close to activities and amenities, while enjoying privacy and tranquility away from the main hub.

 

Walk into West End Village in only 10 minutes to enjoy a plethora of bars and restaurants.

 

Or hail a water taxi to West Bay Beach from our private dock. It's only a few minutes by boat and a beautiful way to see the island from sea.

 

At the end of each fun-filled day outdoors, you can retreat to this peaceful oasis. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area make this unit ideal for two couples or a family.

 

You'll love being able to enjoy breakfast indoors or out on your private patio overlooking the sea. Coffee somehow tastes even better when you drink it while looking at the sea.

 

If you want to cook dinner at home, you'll find everything you need in Villa del Playa #2.  The entire Villas Del Playa complex has filtered and potable water throughout so you can vacation with the peace of mind that your water and ice is nice and clean. Otherwise, restaurants are available just steps from the condo and into West End Village along the whole mile-long street.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
