Sunrise Harbor Vacation Retreat at Mangrove Dock is perfectly located to both the rustic charm of West End, Roatan nestled on the shores of world renown Half Moon Bay and all the water sports activities you could ever imagine.

Sunrise Harbor is appropriately named as the sunrise over the island hillsides and tropical harbor is truly breathtaking. The topography is stunning and the heavenly tropical breezes are so refreshing. All this visual and sensational paradise is available to you from your large private balcony overlooking the pristine bay and beautiful Caribbean Sea.

Consider this beautifully appointed, very spacious 1800+ square foot luxury retreat as your private oasis. The property features 3 bedrooms total, two bedrooms are considered identical master suites with king size beds, 2 modern and stone cut bathrooms.

Conveniences also include secure high speed Wi-Fi internet and a courtesy local and US calling phone is included. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also within the unit.

​A gas grill to grill your fresh tuna steaks or BBQ is also located on your private balcony along with a table for 6 for outdoor eating and entertaining.

In the main living room/entertainment area you will be delighted to host many of your guests as they will feel very comfortable on the lavish leather couch while enjoying the extra large screen TV. Coupled with the living area is a full size dining table and a gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with all essentials utensils to make you feel right at home.

Enjoy the amazing lush tropical landscape as you take a refreshing dip in the pool. Sun yourself on the private deck overlooking the private dock. Perhaps you would like to cast a line out from the dock or kayak in the bay.

Sunrise Harbor is also energy efficient as we try to conserve electric any time we can. Our windows are specially designed to take full advantage of the unique trade winds as they are double hinged. Most of the time you will not need nor want the air conditioner as it is most comfortable without it.

Not only do we have a full-time management company that will meet all your needs, Linda and I will be available via email if you have any particular questions anytime before, during or after your stay with us. A electric fee is charged with a photo of the starting meter reading and then when you leave. A charge will be deducted for the use of electric based on kilowatt usage. Why can't I call Rick (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Rick (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rick (the owner) a message.

If Rick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
