The apartment is furnished and decorated in the Art Deco Style.
Located in the Westcliff-on-Sea conservation area, with views overlooking the Thames Estuary.
Large sitting/dining room leads off to a balcony where you can enjoy the ambience of a seaside location and sea views.
2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room.
2 single bedrooms.
Kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer included.
2 of the bedrooms and the kitchen have Estuary Views.
Ideally situated within 2 minutes walk of Blue Flag beach, there are numerous Bars and Restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Cliffs Pavilion, local high street shops and the Main railway station to London are a 10 minute walk. C2C line has regular fast links to London.
Walks along the Western Esplanade towards Southend to the historic Southend Pier which is the longest in the world, and has a train running its length, at the end of the pier are restaurants, of which one was used by Jamie Oliver.
Close to the pier is the Adventure Playground and aquarium, with Southend high street shops close by.

Refundable breakages deposit of £300/€300 required with balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Guests will need to LEAVE HOUSE AT 10AM on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.

Great location. Full instructions from landlord really helped, particularly as the weather was freezing for us visiting from Dubai so finding the boiler and heating was critical! With other family visiting, the flat was big enough for 10 of us to squeeze around the dining table and the kitchen managed to cope with roast dinners and the like. The flat itself is nice and cosy, some lovely features and well furnished and stocked. The balcony would be great for a summer evening aperitif as the sun sets. All very comfortable with some great highlights. We will definitely book again in future.

What an amazing holiday flat right on the beach, gorgeous art deco theme through out and perfect facilities and great location right next to the beach. Myself and my entire family loved the stay and the standard of the accommodation was outstanding. James
