This magnificent oceanfront beach house on Dune Road is surrounded by panoramic ocean views, featuring 8 bedrooms (both deluxe master bedrooms and 2 more spacious bedrooms are panoramic to the ocean, and all 8 bedrooms have balcony access), 7 1/2 luxury baths, unique family room with a cozy fireplace and an exquisitely detailed living room. It contains an open gourmet kitchen, with granite counter-tops, equipped with the latest top-of-the-line appliances and provides breathtaking ocean views on all sides. A mahogany Oceanside deck surrounds the heated pool and jacuzzi and a private boardwalk allows you to enjoy the privacy of your very own beach. This house can be enjoyed year round. It is fully winterized with a hot tub available all year round for you to enjoy even in cold weather .

This house is the stuff that dreams are made of. In fact, it inspired the writing of a theatrical play based on one of our guest’s stay at the house! Located right on the water, it’s your perfect oceanfront getaway. Breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean can be seen throughout the house or from one of the balconies. This extremely exclusive property has a private boardwalk that leads you from the back of the house to your very own exclusive stretch of sugar white beach. The ample mahogany deck, where the pool and hot tub are located is also the perfect place to soak in the relaxation, watch the sunset and take in the view.

Concierge Services: We offer referrals to activities that include private chef (Kosher & Glatt Kosher as well), VIP Local Winery tour and more.

We love our guests and they are our number one priority. However, this is a residential area and we respect our neighbors therefore NO PARTIES, EVENTS nor any loud music; Outside gatherings should be mindful of noise as well.
