Perfect for families and larger groups, Woodside is a character brick and flint detached cottage situated in the North Norfolk coastal village of Weybourne, 2 miles from Sheringham, 4 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt and 6 miles from Blakeney.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 over 4 bedrooms (3 x King and 1 x Twin), with 3 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, games room, a large modern eat-in kitchen and downstairs cloakroom and utility. It is fully equipped for babies and small children, with high chair, toddler chair, travel cot, bath seat, toilet seat, potty and steriliser.

The cottage has a landscaped garden with good sized lawn, modern garden furniture and BBQ, as well as offroad parking for 3 cars. EV charge point.

The village of Weybourne boasts a wonderful pub, the Ship Inn, and a local shop and deli, the Village Store. The beach is less than 1/2 a mile walk away. Weybourne also boasts a station for the delightful North Norfolk railway (the 'Poppy Line'), along with Weybourne Priory and All Saints Church.

The village is surrounded by fields, woodland and heathland. The area is excellent for walking and cycling.

Nearby, the Georgian market town of Holt is 4 miles, Blakeney Quay is 6 miles, Holkham Hall and Holkham beach are 15 miles away. The seaside resorts of Sheringham and Cromer are 3 and 6 miles respectively.

The National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blicking Halls offer much to do and see, whilst the pretty gardens and space of Sheringham Park offer a great day out. Royal Sandringham House and Gardens are 30 miles. The city of Norwich, 30 miles, with its cathedral, castle museum, excellent shopping malls, market square, theatre, fine dining, cafés and pubs. The famous Norfolk Broads are 25 miles, great for exploring by boat, with daily river trips and day boats available as well as riverside cafés, restaurants and shops.

Eat in kitchen with large table seating 8-10. Utility room. Games room with reversible 6ft pool table and airhockey game, plus wireless sound system. Downstairs bedroom with adjoining bathroom.

First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 King (5ft) with en-suite walk in shower, 1 twin, and 1 super king (which can also be split as a twin). Family bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Large landing with loveseat and quiet reading area. Snug with sofa, TV, Xbox and board games.

Lawned and landscaped garden with decked sitting area, Weber BBQ and furniture. Children's 'beach hut' with further decked area and garden games including badminton and croquet.

Woodburner in living room, bed linen and towels. Baby and toddler pack including travel cot (with extra mattress), high chair, toddler chair, bath seat, steriliser, toilet seat and potty on request. Range electric cooker, microwave. washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and Wi-fi.

No smoking. Pets by prior request. Short and Long breaks available.

Why can't I call Rob (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rob (the owner) a message.

If Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
