Henley House is a large, four bedroomed detached property with sunny private garden and patio areas. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people ideal for 1 or 2 week holidays, weekend breaks and family occasions throughout the year.Bookings are ordinarily 3 night weekends ( Fri, Sat and Sunday Nights) or weeks with a Friday Change-over. PLEASE CONTACT OWNER BY E-MAIL FOR MID-WEEK MONDAY TO THURSDAY BOOKINGS.The property is particularly well positioned in a quiet cul-de sac in the prestigious Bincleaves area above Weymouth Old Harbour offering sea views of Weymouth Bay and Portland. There are two comfortable lounges and fully equipped large kitchen and dining area, all with TV. There is a high quality wifi system. There are two double beds and four single beds one of which is an integral 'truckle' bed. There are two bathooms (one en-suite) and downstairs cloakroom. There is parking for two cars on the drive plus access to 3 adjacent off road parking spaces. To the rear of the property is a cliff top park area with access to the South West Coastal Path. A short walk provides access to historic Nothe Fort, Museum and Gardens. Rock pools to explore can be found at Newton's Cove adjacent to the Gardens.Hope Square, Brewers Quay and Weymouth's vibrant historical harbour are within a 10 minute walk offering a wide range of pubs, restaurants, bars, tea-rooms, craft shops and fishing trips. Weymouth's main shopping centre, Georgian sea-front and famous sandy, shallow beaches which are ideal for children are also within a short walking distance as is the quieter and less well known beach and ruined Tudor Castle at Sandsfoot. There is no need to use a car to access Weymouth's main attractions and amenities.

We had a brilliant week at Henley house. It is spacious, well maintained and very homely. It is a short walk from the harbour, town centre and beach. The house was well equipt with everything you might need and is perfect for a family holiday.

We stayed for a long weekend with the whole family, the house was very comfortable. Great location we were able to walk into town to the pubs and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

A perfect house for the slightly larger family with everything you need for your stay. The location was lovely with the coast literally across the green from the bottom of the garden. Lovely walks and only a few minutes walk into Weymouth. One word of caution the house is at the top of the hill so not really suitable for those who struggle with walking uphill. Weymouth itself is a lovely holiday destination with a great mix of restaurants, shops and venues.

Had a wonderful holiday at `Henley House'. Spacious house for the six of us but would have been comfortable for 8+, perfect location for the whole of Weymouth, Portland and beyond. Really nice to be able to walk everywhere, no need for the car. Well equiped house with nothing missing. We stayed for the Ironman and it made the perfect base.Would highly recommend Henley House and the lovely location of Weymouth.

Henley house is fabulous. 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, spacious kitchen and dining room. It had everything we wanted and more. The garden is also lovely and a real sun trap. The house is at the top of a steep hill so you have to factor that in if anyone staying has difficulty walking. Also the room with the pull out bed is really just a single room - we ended up moving the truckle bed into the twin room. That apart, this is a beautiful and well maintained house with lovely sea views. 100% recommend.
