From the owner

SEASIDE WEYMOUTH has the most amazing Sea views!! Its on the 3rd Floor of a large Victorian house. The property is entered on the first floor of the road side of the building,so Its only up 3 small flights of stairs.

You then walk into the lounge diner where there is the most fantastic Panoramic views of the Sea & Beach Weymouth and Portland Harbour entrance. Then the other direction you can see out towards Bowlease Cove & the following coast line, leading to the famous Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door!

You can sit/ watch and listen to the ocean & surrounding views!

The Flat is situated one building away from the Beautiful Greenhill Gardens, which has a cafe beautiful gardens & has some music during the main summer on Sunday afternoons.

There is also a pitch & putt, tennis courts & a bowls green.

The beach is a pebbled beach to the waters edge, then sand when your in the sea, so you are still able to make sand castles when the tide starts to go out!

Its a more tranquil part of the beach.

Its a 10 -15 minute level walk to the train station and town. A bus stop is about 30 meters away also Taxis tend to be plenty-full in Weymouth .

We are also only a 10 minute walk from Lodmoor County Park which has the Sea life Centre, Golf Course, Sand Sculpture/ Go-Karts and more.

There are Beach huts on the beach available during the main summer season to rent from the booking office.

As you can probably tell we absolutely love the flat & hope you do also.

We live only 5 minutes away so will possibly be there during the change over, and available if any problems occur which hopefully there won't be.

The kitchen is fully equipped & has a dishwasher, but why would you need one when you have a view like this to look at while you wash up !

The bunkbeds are full size 3ft singles which can take adults.

The main bedroom has a King size bed, and there is also room for a travel cot or ready bed in there, which would have to be provided by guest.

BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED

PLEASE BRING YOUR SLIPPERS AS WE DON’T WEAR SHOES IN THE APARTMENT SO THE CARPETS STAY CLEAN FOR EVERYONE!

CHECK IN IS BETWEEN 3 and 4PM , BUT SOONER IF WE ARE ABLE?

WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER APARTMENT CALLED , MARINA PLACE WEYMOUTH WHICH IS OVER LOOKING THE MARINA.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
