Welcome to our privately owned Willerby Avonmore 3 bedroom holiday home (sleeps 6), on Havens Award Winning 5 Star Holiday Park at Littlesea Weymouth.

Our holiday home is classified as Prestige Sea View with Decking by Haven. It is located on the front row of Swan View giving fantastic views over Fleet Lagoon to Chisel beach.

We have 3 bedrooms, 1 x double with en suite toilet and 2 x twin rooms.

There is also a separate toilet and shower room.

The caravan is fully gas centrally heated and double glazed.

The kitchen and dining area has a free standing dining table and 4 chairs plus 2 stools in the lounge if needed.

Integrated full size fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates to cater for 6 people.

In the lounge there is a 40" TV with a DVD, electric fire, coffee table and seating perfect for looking out at the sea views.

Sliding patio doors lead to a deck with bistro set

Outside of the holiday home there is additional seating with a picnic table and bench.

This is a perfect location to either sit and relax, as well as explore the World famous Jurassic coast line, Weymouth's Award winning beach and many more attractions.

This is Strictly a No smoking holiday home.

Pets are Not allowed.

DUE TO EXTRA CLEANING THROUGHOUT THE CARAVAN TO KILL ANY POTENTIAL VIRUSES CHECKING IN IS CHANGED TO 3PM.

Check in is 3pm

Check out is by 10am

The minimum booking is 3 nights.

We book:

3 nights Check in 3pm Fri, check out 10am Monday.

4 nights Check in 3pm Mon, check out Fri 10am.

7 nights Check in 3pm either Fri or Mon, check out Fri or Mon 10am.

Summer School holidays are booked Saturday to Saturday.

Bed linen, Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are included, but towels and toiletries are not.

Play Passes are Not included.

We are required to register your arrival with Haven, when this is completed you will receive confirmation of arrival via email direct from Haven and information on how to purchase Play passes so you can book activities 12 weeks in advance of your stay.

Play passes are available if you book Monday to Monday, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday.

Private use of electric scooters, seaways, hoverboards and balance board's are NOT permitted on any Haven park.

Electric cars are NOT permitted to be charged from our caravan.

There are 4 car chargers In the main car park.

Haven parks are designed with families and couples in mind. They usually turn away parties under the age of 21.
Haven have a set of Park rules which we abide by.
No Hen or Stag parties or similar parties allowed.
Private use of Electric scooters, Segways, Hoverboards and Balance boards are NOT permitted on any Haven park.
Electric cars are NOT permitted to be charged from caravans.
At the end of your stay please ensure all washing up is dried and put away, fridge and freezer are emptied.

How do I pay for my holiday?

If you’ve been sent a quote, simply accept it and pay online through the email we sent you. You can also do this in Manage your holiday booking.

Only bookings paid for through our site are covered by our trusted Payment Protection.

Why can't I call Tony & Chris (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I view and manage my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Tony & Chris (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony & Chris (the owner) a message.

If Tony & Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
