Ocean Apartment is a Grade II listed building, it dates back to the 1700’s. It has bags of old charm and character, but tastefully renovated into a superb 4 bedroomed apartment situated right in the middle of the town centre and just 50 yards from the beach.

The property is deceptively huge, and is made up of two old properties. Circa 1500 sq ft, the living area on the first floor is extremely spacious.

The property boasts original fireplaces and no less than 12 sash Windows. The property enjoys panoramic views up the Esplanade. They can be enjoyed from the armchairs in the curved bay window in the dining room. As to the Lounge which has views down into the town centre.

The property has 4 bedrooms, these are situated on the top floor, the apartment also has the added use of a double of bed in the lounge area. The modern contemporary bathroom (also situated on the top floor) has a large free standing bath situated in the middle of the large bathroom, it also has large walk in shower, along with a wash basin and WC.

The first floor has a large inviting dining area, with bay windows giving you access to views up the Esplanade and into the town. The open plan design leads you into the large kitchen area, this is very well equipped with Fridge/freezer, Double Oven, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble dryer. The large lounge also leads off from the dining room, this too has bay windows. On the first floor there is also a separate washbasin and WC.

Weymouth is situated halfway along the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site on the Dorset coast. Weymouth Harbour is home to pleasure boats and private yachts, and nearby Portland Harbour is home to the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy, where the sailing events of the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games were held.

How do damage deposits work?

If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
