Eddystonia is a beautiful holiday chalet on Tregonhawke Cliff, Whitsand Bay. In a stunning and unique location, it offers stunning views over the sea from the east to Rame head and to Looe Island in the west. Eddystonia has been built in 2012 to a very high standard, and includes high levels of insulation, solar panels, underfloor heating and a turf roof. It also has slate floors and beautiful wood finishes. The chalet has 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom overlooking the sea, and a bunk room with two single mattresses. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are narrower than a normal single sized bed due to the dimensions of the room.There is also a sofa bed in the living area which could sleep 2 more. Eddystonia features an open kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors looking out to the sea and beyond. The kitchen has dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, small freezer and ample cupboards for storage. There is a wet room with shower, sink and wc. Underfloor heating in the wet room, porch and kitchen area, under a slate floor. Small garden area at the front of the chalet. Outside shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. Garden furniture and barbecue provided (please do not buy disposable bbq's, the bbq is designed to be carried to the garden/beach). Washing machine. Solar panels on the front of the roof providing electricity. Linen and towels provided. Please do not bring your own bedding. Please do bring towels for use on the beach. Wi-fi, Smart TV (24") and dvd player. Children and babies very welcome! Travel cot and high chair available.There is a selection of children's toys in the drawer in the bunk room, and buckets and spades in the shed. There is no specified parking place for Eddystonia, however, from April - September a parking permit is available for a space in a field just off the road, more details will be sent when you book (price is included). For the rest of the year there is free parking at the top of the cliff.
