This terraced cottage dates back to 1749. It has been tastefully renovated and furnished to a very high standard. This fabulous self catering accommodation consisting of: living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom with separate shower located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with sea views and a twin room overlooking the well stocked tiered garden. On the first floor there is also a small play room and a shower room/W.C..

The lounge is situated on the ground floor having a pleasant outlook over Loch Ryan. Laid out on an open plan basis and having windows to both front and rear, the kitchen/dining room is an ideal place to entertain or enjoy a delicious meal! With two double bedrooms boasting sea views and a twin bedroom overlooking the tiered garden, there is plenty of room for family and friends. Sky Cottage also benefits from the provision of an upstairs shower room/w.c. A travel cot, high chair, microwave steriliser and stair gates (both top and bottom) are available at no additional charge. Fresh linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. Please note, sheets and blankets for travel cot are NOT included. A Patio set and BBQ are also available for use. Appliances include:- washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, televisions and radio/CD player. All the comforts of a home from home. There is also a playroom which offers an area in which both children and adults alike can relax or have fun. With board games, books, a playmat and a playstation, there is plenty to keep you entertained. BT Broadband now available.

The cottage occupies a splendid sea front location and is surrounded by a mixture of private housing, small hotels and guest houses. There is a large, free, car park located opposite. The property is located only 50 metres from the fabulous Agnew Park. There is a small, picturesque harbour with yacht mooring and new marina facilities in view.

The shops are located within easy walking distance and there are a mix of traditionally owned shops and well known chain stores. All major amenities are to be found in and around the town centre including supermarkets, indoor leisure pool complex and a variety of fine quality restaurants, pubs and cafes within easy walking distance.

Why can't I call Gillian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gillian (the owner) a message.

If Gillian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
