Located in the heart of Wildwood, this property has been impeccably maintained. The pride of ownership shows in every detail! Bamboo hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, two balconies, a full kitchen and two reserved garaged parking spots are just a few of the amenities which make this unit so special. The condo is only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and a short stroll from the Convention Center. Several dining options are a stone's throw away.

Because this condo is a corner unit on the third floor, you can enjoy a spectacular view and plenty of natural light. From the living room, you can see the Ferris wheel lit each evening. Watch the fireworks from the balcony or relax in the spacious, open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Set apart from the living areas, the bedrooms offer plenty of privacy.

Each bedroom has a TV (ROKU). The kitchen is fully stocked. The owner leaves toiletries, just in case you forgot something. The owner is as flexible as possible with guests, going above and beyond to accommodate special needs and requests. This truly is a home away from home - comfy and warm, while being spacious enough for larger groups!

**Very Important Note - This condo will not be rented to groups under 30 years old. Please don't try to rent for a young group as they will be evicted, as will anyone who smokes in the condo or is loud after 11:00 pm**

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
