RENT this like NEW, gorgeous condo with a GREAT FLOOR PLAN, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and FREE Wi-fi with Roku and HULU LIVE TV! The living area is spacious with a gorgeous gas fireplace and 32 inch flat television. The kitchen has an island and dining area with plenty of room for the whole family.

There are plenty of windows on all sides to let Sun and Fresh Air in. The front of the house has a very Large Covered Deck with beautiful wicker furniture. The large two car garage with a separate storage room area an parking on driveway will give you three off street parking spaces and a safe and dry spot for your beach things. We have four cruiser bikes that you may use while on vacation. There is also a beach wagon, beach chairs (8), beach toys, beach blanket, beach umbrella, boogie/skim board, bikes and coolers (one large on wheels) for you to use.

The Beach Condo includes FOUR comfortable bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, Roku and HULU LIVE television and private bath. The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, Roku and HULU LIVE television, the third has two twin beds and the fourth has two twin beds. There is a private enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower, just look out back.

Every room is fully furnished with HIGH QUALITY MATTRESSES. The Living Room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. This home sleeps ten very comfortably and really is perfect for two families!

Bed Linens and towels can be rented locally, Wildwood Linen Rentals on Pacific Avenue, they will deliver to you and pickup from you.

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE & NO PETS ALLOWED.

There are beautiful tile floors throughout Kitchen, Dining Area and living areas for quick and worry free clean up. The Kitchen will be ready to go and fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The Dining area feeds 10 plus.

This condo is Furnished and Decorated beautifully for your enjoyment! Get ready for a Comfortable and Relaxing Sea Shore Getaway...perfect for two families! March/early April is when the whelk shells come in, so if you are shell hunters/lovers (like our family), try a weekend in March/early April when the whelks come in!!! Great for shellers! Or try a November/December weekend, visit beautiful Victorian Christmas decorated Cape May (only 4.5 miles south) and return home to lounge in front of the fireplace!

We are sure you will enjoy your stay!

smoke on deck please with sliders shut or out front using the planter filled with sand for butts! DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST THIS IS A WEEKLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY RENTAL.
Absolutely no parties! Loud music, underage drinking, along with exceeding the maximum occupancy will lead to immediate eviction. Absolutely no large speakers on premises or in the beach condo.

How do damage deposits work?
