¡Home is everything!

The kitchen, living and terrace turns in one spacious area with a high ceiling that gives bright to plants and makes the area cozy to get together at home.

Cooking and gathering around the table is a special moment and it is possible with dinnerware, pots, appliances, oven-microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric dishwasher available in the kitchen.

Each bedroom has air conditioner and their own bathroom with hot water. An additional guest bathroom is outside the bedrooms, super convenient for vacation, work or study.

The view of the sea is beautiful, despite the fact a parking space is behind the building you can see the cruisers arriving to the island and the spacious terrace with gas BBQ, ceiling fan, dinning table and plants makes this a homey spot for great sunsets and dinners at home.

Lovely townhouse......Carlos & Maria were very gracious hosts.

This is a great location.....close to downtown, beaches & grocery stores. Our only negative is the view of a parking lot & construction around.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
