An ideal place to enjoy the tropical outdoors with a view over the salt pans of Jan Thiel. It is located on Marbella Estate, a secured resort with large communal swimming pool, children's pool and sun terrace. There are 90 tropical houses in the park for your own residence and vacation rental. An ideal park for families and for people who want to avoid the crowds of the resorts. Centrally located to all nice beaches & restaurants. The resort is located between two beautiful lagoons called Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water. Both are beautiful places where you can swim, dive, wake boarding, relax or just enjoy nature. With various facilities in the immediate vicinity and Willemstad only 7 kilometers away. Villa Drumi Dushi is a villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a luxury open kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, combi microwave. It offers space for up to 6 people plus possibly a baby. Also equipped with a private swimming pool with sun terrace, outdoor shower, 6-person dining table under the palm trees and a covered lounge area with a view of the Jan Thiel salt pans.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Wouter & Jill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
