Villa Curacao is located on the most beautiful gated Curacao (Coral Estate Rif St. Marie) on the southwest coast, surrounded by beautiful nature and wonderful beaches with Porto Marie and Daaibooi in the vicinity, but also park Shete Boca and Christopher Park are close to find. The villa consists of 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and three porches (where you can sit in and out of the sun but also in and out of the wind). With this layout, the house ideal for two groups traveling together but if desired, still have their privacy. This unique capability makes the property very special and extremely suitable for families (up to 8 people). This villa can be rented from 2 to 8 people, at least for 5 nights. Floors are not rented separately so privacy is guaranteed. Price is based on two persons per bedroom. Ground floor: • 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning and a safe) • 2 bathrooms (both with hot and cold water and WC) • Living room (with HD LED flat screen TV) • Porch (50m2) with lounge set and dining table for 6 • Porch (25 m2) with lounge and dining table for 4 • Open kitchen (with bar, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave oven) 1st floor: • 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning and safe) • Bathroom (hot and cold water and a toilet) • Large porch (50 m2 with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea with a lounge, dining table and several chairs) • Living room (with HD LED flat screen TV) • kitchen • Private pool • kitchen (with a bar, cooking island, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave oven) Other items: - Present: a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, BBQ and iron. - The private swimming pool is located on the first floor and is accessible via an outside staircase - The villa is surrounded by a large garden (1100 m2), where you delicious to enjoy between the palm trees and hummingbirds and many other birds - the three porches are both as the wind and the sun - the house has a parking lot with space for two cars - the villa is equipped with shutter windows with mosquito nets and is wonderfully situated on the wind - in the house there is both 110V 220V available - 3-minute walk from the private beach of Coral Estate, where you can dive and great snorkeling in the coral reef. Why can't I call Piet (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Piet (the owner) a message.

If Piet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
