Nestled in the back of the Aspens in the quiet Berry Patch, this one bedroom (King bed, rare feature in the Aspens) and one bath sleeps 5 comfortably. An end unit is a bonus with great natural light and additional nature/wildlife views in this preserved area of Aspens and Willows. Extensively remodeled and consistently maintained with regular upgrades, includes a sleeper sofa with a very comfortable mattress and radiant heat throughout, heated floors in bathroom and kitchen, living room has 55" Smart TV. The bathroom has vanity with double sinks and private area with shower/tub and toilet.

Ten miles from the Town of Jackson, 4 miles from Teton Village, Jackson Hole Ski Resort and the South Gate of the Grand Teton National Park. Read the reviews and you'll get a sense of how clean and well maintained this property is. Several have remarked that it's the best 1BR they've seen in the Aspens, lovingly cared for -- and it shows!

Hardwood and travertine floors, luxuriant bedding and linens, new heating and lighting fixtures, devices such as Sony iPod dock, with bluetooth, Netflix, fast dedicated WiFi, TV/DVD combo in bedroom, as well as cable and blue ray player. This unit feels and looks brand new, many upscale features!

Conveniently located near the Aspens Market / Wine & Spirits, Teton Sports fitness center, ATM and restaurants as well as bike/hiking trails, stables, fishing, childrens playground. These are all well within walking and biking distance. The extensive hike/bike trail system throughout Jackson Hole is ideal for biking, walking, roller blading from a short distance to 20+ miles or more. Tennis facilities are also within the Aspens as well as Teton Pines Golf Course just next door, with year-round tennis and in winter the course is available for cross country skiing. Snow-shoeing is also popular here and nearby areas are open for both.

The Start Bus picks up at the front of the Aspens retail area and goes to both Jackson and Teton Village. It's about 1/2 mile walk to the bus stop from this unit.

This is an excellent location, out of the fray of the traffic in Jackson, yet near many amenities and still just minutes from Teton Village, Jackson and Grand Teton National Park.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary Ann (the owner) a message.

If Mary Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
