Calistoga Chalet is an exclusive private home in the stunning, world class wine region of Margaret River, Western Australia, offering premium short term holiday accommodation for discerning holiday makers who appreciate the finer things in life.

The award-winning, architect-designed home has the feel of a European Chalet and has been decorated in a European country style with Australian touches. The Chalet has top quality furnishings and fittings.

The location is second to none. It offers the feeling of complete seclusion yet it is situated only 5 minutes to the township and 8 minutes to Prevelly beach and is central to all the magnificent nearby wineries and restaurants which are all between 5-15 minutes drive.

Margaret River's superb walking and cycling trails are also situated right next to Calistoga Chalet as the house neighbours the National Park. So it offers health enthusiasts immediate access to stunning native bush trails to walk, run or cycle.

The Chalet can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 1 King Size Master bedroom, 2 superb Queen bedrooms.

The luxurious Master Bedroom boasts a King-size bed, spacious wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom with separate standing shower and bath-tub and double basins. The bathroom is also equipped with under-floor heating, hairdryers and luxurious local Cape Lavender hand and shower gels. The two oversized Queen bedrooms offer luxurious furnishings, ample wardrobe space and share a well appointed bathroom. One of the guestrooms has a private balcony. The bathroom is equipped with ample cupboard space, hairdryer and under-floor heating.

Calistoga Chalet is located amongst beautiful native bush and the native animals are frequent visitors. The two outdoor balconies offer ample seating for up to 10 people, outdoor heating and a great location from which to observe the local bird and other wildlife that are resident on the property.

The open plan kitchen offers excellent entertaining opportunities. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook and entertain. The top quality wine decanters, cheese boards and knives provided help guests to enjoy the gastronomic delights of Margaret River.

Calistoga Chalet's location is envied by many as few holiday homes offer as much privacy, as well as convenience to town, wineries and the beach as well as being superbly furnished and fitted out.

Why can't I call Mindy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mindy (the owner) a message.

If Mindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
