In Wimereux, seaside town of the Côte D'Opale, our apartment is located in the domain privileged and exceptional of the Gulf Dunes, 300 metres from the sea.

Come relax with family or friends and enjoy the nautical pleasures and walks along the front sea, with its typical houses Belle Epoque or along the sea in the middle of the National Park Caps et Marais D'Opale.

For the more energetic, many infrastructures are located within the area: tennis, petanque area and putting green to get to the pleasure of golf. For fans, a magnificent course of 62 ha, housed in lush greenery of the boulonnaise campaign and facing the sea, offers you at the foot of the apartment.

Children have not been forgotten: the apartment has a space that is dedicated as a barefoot in the sand playground at 50 meters and this in a field completely closed and secure.

The apartment, comfortable, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.

It is located on the ground floor on a surface of 42 m2 full foot and boasts a terrace with view on the sea, fully equipped (1 table / 4 chairs / 2 deckchairs/1 barbecue on foot) and bordered by a (non-custodial) lawn adjacent to the golf course.

Upon entering, it consists of a hallway (with dressing room) overlooking a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

-The bedroom: on an area of 16M 2, it consists of a bed of 2 persons (160 * 200) with duvet and pillows, a shelf and a wardrobe.

-The bathroom: washbasin, a Tablet and a cupboard, with a shower and a towel. WC - the living room and the dining room: on an area of 20M 2, is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons (160 * 200), table and 4 chairs, a TV and a decoder TNT (with USB), connection WIFI (in progress), foreign channels (BBC World, NED1.. .in courses), a string (in progress) Stereo - the kitchen: is equipped with a fridge (freezer)a multi-function oven (see instructions), a ceramic hob (2 plates), a coffee, a microwave and a vacuum device.

-For children: a small space is furnished with toys, a high chair, a changing and a baby cot pad.

-Other services: A place secure parking (number P46) and individual as well as an external box - various: • heating • Distance from the centre: 1000 m / Beach: 300 metres / supermarket and Baker: 500 metres • pets allowed non - free WIFI for stays of a week. For stays of less, on request and according to pricing orange.

Dear Richard, thank you for your comments that allow me to improve my services. During a rental season, there is always a person less well organized (or informed) who thinks to arrive in a hotel room with related hotel services (and apparently a welcome drink). You booked through Booking and I sent you both a user guide and the code to open. You confirmed me having received everything and understood, which was not the case apparently since you asked the help of my neighbours to compose the code that was nevertheless provided to you the first time with a link to youtube . I understand that not everyone can be very good computer but do not hesitate to let me know before your arrival to not then be in a hurry and ruin your stay. The center of Wimereux is a 15 minute walk (but you can not be both in the center and enjoy the peace and the green view of the countryside). I hope I have responded to your comment and hope to welcome you again in the near future, now that you know the way. Cordially. Michaël

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
