Your kids are only young once and this is your chance to have some fun with out spending a lot of money. I am a private party and my family owns these units. You will have full rights to the unit for the week, the resort, and all of the amenities the resort has to offer, during your stay. The only other fee is a mandatory housekeeping fee of $129.78 set up by the resort, and must be paid directly to the resort with a major credit card. You must be 18 years old to rent this Cabin. The single cost you pay is far lower than what you would shell out for a simple, one room hotel stay in the Dells, but this has a fully equipped cabin, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (no more waiting), fireplace, electric grill, and washer and dryer(in the cabin). It even includes 6 beach towels to take to the pools. If you are like my family, your spouse and kids will not let you stay at a cramped hotel again or go camping for that matter. These "Timber" cabin units are all larger than the cottages and other cabins at Christmas Mountain and have the screened in deck with a grill, which the others do not. If you are staying at Christmas Mountain you really want to look for a "Timbers" unit, as they are the best units with 950 square feet. Resort Description: As you approach Christmas Mountain Village, driving between endless rows of picturesque pine trees, you will feel as if you've left the real world behind. What lies ahead is strikingly beautiful farmland, rolling hills, woods and golf course greens. Christmas Mountain Village is located in heavily wooded, undulating countryside, four miles West of downtown Wisconsin Dells. There's so much to do on this 800-acre family-friendly resort you may choose not to venture out. The 27-hole championship golf course features a putting green, range and Back of the Oaks: the best new 9 in the state. Strike up a game of tennis or go for a swim in indoor with splash features, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the sun in four outdoor pools (seasonal) situated throughout the resort. Once you've explored the rock formations of the Dells, spend the rest of your vacation enjoying the activities at the resort. In winter, have fun on the on-site downhill ski slopes or the snow tubing hill. In summer, swim at any of four outdoor pools, play tennis, or enjoy a game of golf on the 27-hole course. Organized activities and club house game room are available. Some outdoor activities, paddle boats, and mini-golf are seasonal.

Very nice accommodations and easy to book. Did a few Dells attractions and the cabin was nice to relax in and watch movies afterwards.
