This bungalow is situated in the village of Withernsea, near Kingston upon Hull, and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Please note that a neighbouring property may be building an extension from summer 2021. There would be no visual impact but thereSeaspray is a heart-warming cottage located in the village of Withernsea, Yorkshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, and two doubles, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire, and a conservatory. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden to the rear. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views, Seaspray is a comfortable retreat in a charming part of England.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Please note that coastal protection work is taking place where rocks are being moved against the cliff - this can be seen and sometimes heard from the garden and will continue when the tide is out until late September 2020.

The town also boasts a small sand and pebble beach, a traditional promenade, fish and chip shops and ornamental gardens.
