This cosy, romantic cottage has all modern conveniences as well as its well preserved features- including: sandstone archways, farmhouse-style flagstones, original interior and exterior doors, open log fires, wattle and daub walls with lime plaster. Private parking is available for several cars or larger vehicles.

Inside it looks like a well loved home thanks to an interesting mixture of antique furniture and wooden floors. The sitting room is located downstairs and it has an open log fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 very large doubles and 1 smaller double which all together can sleep a minimum of 6 people). There is also one main family bathroom with a Victorian bath, shower, basin and toilet on the first floor and a separate toilet downstairs. There is a large kitchen with dining table big enough to seat 8.

The upper part of the garden and meadow has panoramic views across unspoilt farmland and the Sudety Mountains -an ideal spot to relax. To the rear of the cottage is a large enclosed and private lawned garden complete with garden furniture and barbecue. The setting is a walkers' and bird watchers' paradise with countless walks both in the neighbourhood and further away (Karkonosze mountains routes).

Superb stunning Polish holiday location ideal for cycling, walking, camping, bird watching, horse-riding, kayaking, fishing or even sking in winter. Perfect for short stay vacations or longer breaks where you and the family and friends can seriously unwind.

There is an old 1920s pianola downstairs which currently only works as a piano and may be used by any aspiring musicians.

In some circumstances we will waive this fee depending on the size of the booking party involved.

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
