First Floor

Fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and bob and washer-dryer. There is breakfast bar with two stools

Living-dining room with two seater sofas, coffee table and easy chair and wide screen TV

Bedroom one on the first floor is spacious room with king size bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and en suite WC and wash basin. Double doors open onto a small private balcony

Second Floor

Bedroom two on the second floor has exposed beams and timbers. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe

Bedroom three on the second floor is a double bedroom with chest of drawers and wardrobe with en suite shower room which can be used by one room or privately by both rooms.

Study or snug area in which there is also a sofa bed

There is a small balcony with table and chairs. Blenheim Park is 5 minutes walk.

Dear Lawrence, Thank you for your feedback. I was disappointed you felt we did not meet our usual standards during your stay. Our maintenance team attended the property on the first day of your stay and removed glass from the dishwasher filter, which repaired the fault immediately. This was also the reason for your glass shortage, but this was also rectified immediately. We have now finished assessing and rectifying any remaining issues you raised with the property. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
