WOOLACOMBE LITTLE QUEST OVERVIEW

LITTLE QUEST is within 100m of the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach and a few miles from the well known surf beaches of Croyde Bay and Saunton, rated amongst the top 10 beach destinations in the UK. There is surfing, tennis, horse riding, fishing, walking and golf nearby. This self-contained pet-friendly apartment is in a beautiful setting, commanding a unique position with easy access to the beach and local pubs and shops. Woolacombe offers trendy restaurants, as well as surf hire shops, beach shops and outside cafes.

There are 5 ADD 2 BASKET PRODUCTS, i.e. OPTIONAL - A Heated Plunge Pool * £175 for a 7 day booking, (£110 for a short break booking and £285 for a fortnight), £30 per dog, Free Towels.

Pool and property for EXCLUSIVE use of booking guests only.

A bus stop near the property provides direct access to Croyde, Braunton and Barnstaple.

LIVING AREAS

This simple yet elegant apartment has a lounge with a comfortable sofa, TV with DVD player, CD player, Freeview, and a dining area. The dining area has superb views over the beach and surrounding countryside.

KITCHEN

Light floods into the kitchen through the large window which overlooks Woolacombe Bay. Appliances include an oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and tea towels.

BEDROOM

The bedroom, with en suite, is a lovely room, with light blue painted walls and a cream wooden double bed. Pretty twin bedside tables hold reading lamps, and there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table for all your possessions.

BATHROOM

The fully tiled bathroom contains a corner bath with a separate waterfall shower with luxuriously strong water pressure, WC and hand basin. A very spacious bathroom. Bath towels are included.

OUTDOORS

Choose to cool down in the recently installed 4m long Plunge pool after sunning yourself on the suntrap private decking.

A sunny private garden with a table and chairs is a great place to sit in the sunshine, read a book, or let your dog run around. The property provides off-street parking for 1 car.

Beautiful cottage. Perfect location: stones throw from 3 miles of sandy beach. Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
