Country, Private, Working farm. Private apartment attached to our home, separated by Garage. Views of the woods, garden, goats and barn. Grill Area. Bonfire Area, Wooded walking trails, orchard, yard. We raise heritage; Spanish Cashmere Goats. Lynn is a local Realtor & glad to share info! 15+ acres of woods and walking trails, interact with goats (kids to adult goats), TV, Internet. Plenty of Parking. Handicap accessable unit. No steps, 36' interior doors. Parking is directly in front of unit.

Open unit, 720 Sq ft. Kitchen w/ full Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, 2 burner cooktop, Toaster Oven. Full Bath with Shower unit and washer/dryer. TV, Internet, 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Futon & 1 Sofa sleeper Pull out. Full closets, Ironing Board. The home is listed as 2 bedroom but is an open room divided by portable screens (see photos) to separate rooms if two bedrooms are needed.

Peaceful, quite location. Watch the hummingbirds, hear the goats and birds - wonderful for Nature lovers, bird watchers and animal lovers - or - anyone wanting to escape to the country and the peace and quiet! Guests can interact or NOT interact on the farm - it's YOUR vacation.

We are located 10 minutes from Downtown Wooster or Uptown Wooster. 15 Minutes to the College of Wooster. We are surrounded by woods and farms. There is a park nearby for more trails. Bicyclists love our area, just above the overton valley where birds and wildlife abound. Wooster is centrally located to Amish Country, Ohio Light Opera, the College of Wooster and more. We have local wineries, breweries, small town restaurants, activities - Easy access to Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Mansfield.

We respect our guest's wishes. We would be happy to discuss our hometown, restaurants, shopping, our goats, and the world in general. We have plenty of local knowledge and connections. We can even arrange for Sports tickets - The Browns, Cavs & Indians!

No Smoking in unit (smokers welcome just no smoking in unit or BARN). We provide coffee, juice, milk, cereal & pastry - NO Breakfast served. Guests are welcome to stock up the full sized refrigerator and cook in the unit or on the outside grill/smoker.

MINIMUM STAY: During Peak Season we have the calendar set for 2 night minimum stay - PLEASE INQUIRE if you want to arrange a 1 night stay. Depending upon our bookings, we may be able to accommodate a 1 night stay with us.

Why can't I call Lynn (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynn (the owner) a message.

If Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
