PERFECT FOR FAMILIES - 5 bedroom detached architect designed Purbeck Stone family house with off-road parking in an elevated position with panoramic sea views overlooking the magnificent National Trust landscape towards Winspit and the Channel. Children very welcome. Superbly equipped, WiFi, centrally heated, comfortable beds. The house has views to treasure, you can gaze at the moonlight on the sea and watch the sunlight sparkle on the waves. In winter the sun rises out of the sea. Situated in sought after Worth Matravers, with world class walking on the doorstep, the beautiful sandy beaches of Swanage and Studland are a short drive away. Worth Matravers has a 12th Century Church, duck pond, village green, charming children's playground and the renowned Square and Compass pub. A superbly situated house accommodating 2-9 guests, this Purbeck property overlooks the sea and a scene of great natural beauty and is in a wonderful area to discover and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

This comfortable house was designed to create a feeling of relaxation and space. Quality beds and sea air make for a restful stay. WiFi. There is a great selection of books for adults and children in the house, books on the area, a doll's house, and lots of Brio and Duplo. WiFi. It is a wonderful house to enjoy for families, couples and friends. You can walk the Jurassic coast literally from the doorstep. Beautiful beaches, the unique history, countryside and coastline of the Purbecks make this a very special base for your holiday. Regret no pets allowed. No smoking. Cots,highchairs, toddler bed,baby bath, stair gate available on request. Zip and Link beds in Bedrooms 3,4, and 5 so you have a choice of using these bedrooms as twin bedrooms or double bedrooms to suit your requirements. Outside: Off road parking for 3 cars, enclosed rear garden. Landscaped patio area is a sun trap and wraps around the rear of the property, steps to top level of rear garden which is laid to lawn and has sea views. Clothesline. Outdoor tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy the sun. Off road car parking for 3 cars, area at front of property laid to lawn. Set in a walkers' paradise, you can walk the Jurassic coast from the front door. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washing machine, separate drier, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided. Weekly cleaning service and change of linen and towels. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wendy (the owner) a message.

If Wendy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
