A luxury 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) holiday lodge situated on the 5 star Chesil Vista Holiday Park, near Portland and Weymouth Dorset. The lodge is located near the coastal path and has elevated sea views directly over Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon. Guests can make use of the park facilities (Apr - October - NOTE a small daily charge is payable to Chesil Vista Holiday Park for the pool,gym and sauna) which includes a heated indoor pool with waterslide, soft play area, outdoor play area, bistro, takeaway, bar/ lounge with evening entertainment, shop, launderette, sauna, solarium.

The lodge has a large lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom/toilet and a further shower/ toilet room. The lounge has a double pull out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including an induction hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, kettle & toaster. There is a flat panel TV in the lounge with Xbox 360 console and integrated sound/speaker system with iPhone doc. The master bedroom has a 32" LED TV that rises out of the double bed. The lodge has plenty of storage space. There is parking for up to 2 cars. The patio doors open onto the front deck with fantastic 180 degree panoramic sea views.

Conveniently located for Weymouth and Portland, and close to water-sports at Portland Marina and Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy. Great location for sea fishing off of Chesil Beach, and Fleet Lagoon is a popular location for bird watching. Only yards from the Coastal path.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Paul and Kate (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul and Kate (the owner) a message.

If Paul and Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
