This villa is called is-Setah and is next door to another identical 5 bedroom villa called L-Ghorfa.

Both farmhouses are fully air conditioned, with free Wi Fi and satellite TV stations.

Each villa has it's own private pool.

Ideal for families with small children.

Also with a safety gate by the pool for the safety of small children.

With a large pool and garden facing the east coast of the island,, these 2 large villas/farmhouses with amazing views, boasts with sunshine from sunrise till late afternoon. Breathtaking views of sunrise.

These 2 identical farmhouses next door to each other, have been carefully converted to very high standards with all modern amenities. Kept mostly with their original features such as wooden beams, large arches and old patterned floor tiles.

Large rooms and high ceilings keep these villas very airy and cool in summer.

So plan your holiday for days of basking in the sun, relaxing by a great pool and patio and outside dining.

Each villa has a large private pool with sunbeds for every person and a large kitchen which also caters for 11 persons.

Spacious 2 storey villas, fully airconditioned with large bright airy rooms. Villas that are suitable for rent also in winter.

Located in a very quiet area in Xaghra which is the most sought after village in Gozo. Walking distance to the main square.

The main entrance to these 2 villas is through a stunning courtyard with plants and flowers.

Ground floor consists of;

Each villa has a large terrace and a large private pool with garden and views. A great spot for breakfast and dinner!

We change the frying pans frequently but the problem is that some people do not clean them with the right cleaning sponges and so they damage them. We replace the towels every 7 days but there is a washing machine at the villa as well so you can do the washing whenever you want. We look forward to welcoming you back to our villas in the future. Why can't I call Pauline (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pauline (the owner) a message.

If Pauline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
